Ultra Thunder Login Help

Most Ultra Thunder sign-in problems come from a handful of small causes. Work down this list before you message us.

Old Ultra Panda bookmarks

After the rename, some saved links point to outdated pages. Delete the old bookmark and open the panel address we sent you for Ultra Thunder.

Capital letters

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Phone keyboards love to capitalise the first letter, which turns a correct password into a wrong one.

A tab left open overnight

Sessions expire. Close every Ultra Thunder tab, open a fresh one and sign in again. Clearing cookies for the panel site only is the next step.

Network filters

Office, hotel and school Wi-Fi sometimes block game panels. Switch to mobile data for a minute to test.

Player cannot sign in

Check the username in your panel, reset the password to a simple temporary one, and ask the player to update the app from the download page.

Seat paused

Repeated wrong attempts can pause a login. Send us the username and roughly when it stopped working, and we check its status.

Before you message us

Have the exact username ready, the device and browser you used, and roughly when the problem started. A screenshot of the error, with any password covered, helps a lot. With those details we can usually tell within a few minutes whether the cause is the seat, the network or the device. Never send a password to anyone claiming to be support; we will never ask for it.

Players on old app builds

Players who installed the app under the Ultra Panda name may need a fresh install of the current Ultra Thunder build.
