Ultra Thunder Store Account

Think of a store account as an agent seat dedicated to one shop or one online page and its regular customers.

How a shop uses it

A customer asks to play. Staff create a username, take payment, load credits and hand over the login. Because play happens in the app on each customer’s handset, the counter itself stays simple. Cash-outs run the other way: staff remove credits from the username and settle with the customer.

One login per shift

If three people work the counter, give each one a seat. When numbers look wrong at the end of the day, the history shows which login made each move. This one habit prevents most staff disputes.

Several shops, one owner

An owner with more than one location usually takes a distributor seat and opens a store login for each site. That keeps balances separate while the owner sees everything.

Starting

Ask for an Ultra Thunder store account. It arrives empty so staff can practise before real credits are added.

Counter routine for staff

• Open the panel at the start of the shift and note the balance.
• Record each customer payment before loading the username.
• Close the shift by noting the balance again and comparing with cash taken.

This takes two minutes and gives the owner a clean picture of each day. If the numbers do not match, the history in the panel shows exactly which load or cash-out to look at, and which staff login made it. Owners who check this nightly rarely face surprises at month end.
