Ultra Thunder Agent Holding Percentage

Holding is one of the first things new agents ask about, and one of the most misunderstood. Here is a plain explanation.

What holding means

Holding is the share an agent or distributor keeps under the arrangement agreed for their seat. On Ultra Thunder it can be up to 60%, depending on your tier. It is set before you pay and does not change silently afterwards.

Holding is not the same as game hold

Platforms also describe a theoretical hold for their games, which for Ultra Thunder sits around 20–50% on average. That figure describes the games over a long period. It is a different thing from the holding agreed for your seat, and mixing them up causes a lot of confusion.

Why it is agreed privately

Terms depend on your tier, order size and how you plan to sell. We confirm them in chat for your situation instead of publishing a single number.

Questions to ask

• What tier does my seat fall into?
• What holding applies at that tier?
• What would move me to a different tier?
• How does holding apply to agents I create below me?

Passing holding down

If you are a distributor, you agree holding with each of your own agents. Write it down for every agent so there is no argument later.

Next

Read the distributor seat page and ask for an empty seat before agreeing anything.
