The fastest way to lose track of your balance is to share one password with helpers. Separate logins fix that.

One person, one login

Every helper, cashier or counter gets their own Ultra Thunder login. The history then shows exactly who loaded or redeemed each amount.

Choose the lowest level that works

A helper who only loads players needs a store or agent-level login, not your distributor seat. Fund their login with a set amount per shift.

Shift handovers

At the end of a shift, the helper notes the remaining balance and any open requests. The next person checks the same figure in the panel before starting.

Password habits

• Use different passwords for each login.
• Change them when staff change.
• Never send passwords in a group chat.

When someone leaves

Disable their login the same day and move any remaining balance back. Tell their regular players who will look after them now.

Weekly check

Lost phones and borrowed devices

If a staff member loses a phone or signs in on someone else’s device, change their password immediately and check the history for anything unexpected. Agree this rule with every helper before they start, so it feels routine rather than suspicious. Store logins on counter tablets deserve the same care: sign out at closing time, every time.
