Ultra Thunder Frozen Account

A frozen account is stressful for the player and for you. Most cases have a simple cause and a clear fix.

Player account or your seat?

First work out which account is affected. If one player cannot sign in, it is usually their account. If you cannot open the panel at all, it is your seat, and you should message us straight away.

Common causes for players

• Too many wrong password attempts.
• The account was disabled from your panel by mistake.
• The player is using an old Ultra Panda link or saved login.

What to check

Open the player in your panel and look at the status. If it is disabled, re-enable it. If the password is the issue, reset it and send the new one privately. Ask the player to use the current link from the download page.

When to contact us

If your own seat is locked, or a player account will not re-enable, send us the username, what you see on screen and the time it started. Do not keep retrying logins, which can extend the lock.

Balances are safe

A frozen login does not delete credits. Once access is restored, the balance is still there.

Preventing repeats

Use strong passwords, give each staff member their own login and never buy cheap balance from unknown sellers; those accounts are the ones most often frozen for good.
