Ultra Thunder Cash Out Process

How you handle cash-outs decides whether players trust you. Here is a clear process for Ultra Thunder agents.

Step 1: confirm the request

When a player asks to cash out, confirm their username and the amount in chat. Check their current balance in the panel before doing anything.

Step 2: redeem in the panel

Use the redeem function to remove the credits from the player account. This happens first, so the credits cannot be played while you are arranging payment.

Step 3: pay within your window

Pay the player using the method you agreed when they joined. Keep to the window you advertise, whether that is an hour or the same evening.

Step 4: confirm and record

Send a short confirmation with the amount and time. Note it in your log along with the panel entry.

Set your rules in advance

• A minimum cash-out amount.
• The hours you process cash-outs.
• What happens if a request arrives after hours.

Post these in your group so nobody is surprised.

Big wins

Very large jackpot hits are covered by the Ultra Thunder platform itself, so they do not drain your seat. For ordinary wins, keep money set aside so you never have to delay a player.

Disputes

If a player disagrees with an amount, read the transaction log together. The panel record settles most arguments.

After-hours requests

Requests that arrive while you are offline should be answered first thing next session, in the order they came in. A quick “received, paying at 6” message keeps the player calm overnight.
