Ultra Thunder vs Ultra Panda FAQ

Since the rename, the same questions come up again and again. This page answers them in one place so you can share a single link.

Is it the same platform?

Yes. Ultra Thunder is the new name and look for Ultra Panda, which some players also knew as Ultra Monster. The operator side works much as before, which is why former Ultra Panda sellers settle in quickly.

Do old logins still work?

Treat each case individually. Players should sign in through the current Ultra Thunder link. If an old saved login does not work, the agent can check the account in the panel and reset the password.

What about balances?

Credits belong to the account. If a player cannot see a balance they expect, the agent should look at the account history in the panel and message us with details if something is wrong.

Which link should players use?

Only the current one from our download page. Old Ultra Panda bookmarks and copycat sites cause most sign-in problems.

Are the games different?

The lobby keeps its shooter-heavy style with slots and table games alongside. Players familiar with Ultra Panda will recognise the feel.

Do agents need a new seat?

If you sold Ultra Panda through someone else, ask us for an empty Ultra Thunder seat to test. The longer story is on the rename page.
