Why rules matter
Without written rules, every player expects something different. With them, you can point to a pinned message instead of arguing.
Template
Hours: I reply between [time] and [time]. Messages outside these hours are answered next session.
Loads: Send your username and amount. Loads happen after payment is received.
Cash-outs: Minimum [amount]. Processed within [window]. Credits are redeemed from your account before payment is sent.
Accounts: One account per person. Do not share your password. Tell me immediately if you think someone else has used your login.
Conduct: Be respectful in the group. Disputes are handled privately.

How to use it
Replace each bracket with your own figures, pin it, and paste it to every newcomer on day one. Update it when your hours or limits change and tell the group.
Keep it short
Players will read six lines. They will not read a page. Add detail only when a question comes up repeatedly.

Adding a welcome line
Start the rules with one friendly sentence, such as “Welcome to the group, glad to have you here.” Rules land better when they come after a greeting. End with how to reach you privately, so players know disputes belong in direct messages rather than the group. Review the wording every couple of months as your business grows.
