Checking Ultra Thunder Payment Proof: Confirm the Money, Then Load
An edited screenshot can cost you a full reload. Ultra Thunder agents who open their own payment app before touching the panel rarely get caught out.

Why a screenshot is not a payment
When a player sends a picture showing a completed transfer, it feels like the job is done. It is not. A picture only shows what a screen looked like at some moment, on someone's phone. Editing apps can change a name, an amount or a date in under a minute, and an old genuine receipt can be sent a second time as if it were new. If you load Ultra Thunder credits on the strength of the picture alone, you are trusting the image rather than your own account balance.
The fix is simple and costs you about thirty seconds per reload: treat the screenshot as a note telling you where to look, then go and look. The only proof that counts is the money showing up in the account you control.
The thirty-second check
Before you open the agent panel to add credits, run through these steps every single time, even for regular players you know well:
- Open your own payment app or account, not the picture the player sent.
- Find the incoming transfer and check that the amount matches what the player says they paid.
- Check that the sender name or handle matches the player you are talking to, or a name they told you about in advance.
- Check the time. A transfer from last week is not tonight's reload.
- Confirm the payment is completed, not pending or scheduled.
Only when all five line up do you load the Ultra Thunder username. If any one of them is off, pause and ask a polite question before you do anything in the panel. The Ultra Thunder recharge page covers the loading side once the money is confirmed.
Signs a picture has been changed
You do not need to become an image expert, because the check above catches almost everything. Still, a few warning signs are worth knowing so you slow down at the right moment:
- Numbers in the amount use a slightly different font, size or spacing from the rest of the screen.
- The phone's clock or battery bar at the top looks odd, or is cropped away completely.
- The player pushes hard for speed, saying they need the credits right now before a session ends.
- The same receipt layout arrives twice with only the amount different.
- The sender name is someone the player has never mentioned.
None of these prove anything by themselves. They are simply your cue to open your account and look before you reply.
Keep one simple record per reload
Write down each confirmed payment next to the credits you loaded for it: the date, the player's Ultra Thunder username, the amount received and the credits added. A shared sheet or a notebook both work. When a player later says a payment went missing, you can answer in a minute instead of scrolling through weeks of chats. Our transaction log guide shows a layout that keeps this tidy, and it pairs well with the in-panel history.
Matching your notes against the panel at the end of each night also catches honest mistakes, like a reload typed in twice or credits added to the wrong username. The sooner you notice those, the easier they are to sort out with the player.
Agree the payment rules up front
Disputes are much calmer when players already know the rules. Add two or three lines to your welcome message or house rules, such as:
- Credits are loaded after the payment appears in my account, not when a picture arrives.
- Please include your Ultra Thunder username with every payment message.
- Payments from a name I do not recognise may take longer while I check.
Most genuine players are fine with this, because it also protects them. When everyone knows the money is checked first, nobody can claim someone else's payment as their own.
When the money has not arrived yet
Sometimes a real payment is simply slow. Bank transfers in particular can sit as pending for a while. In that case, tell the player kindly that you can see it is on its way and that you will load the credits as soon as it lands. Avoid loading "on trust" just to keep things moving. If the payment later bounces, you have given away credits you cannot easily get back, and the panel cannot reverse a cash-out the player has already made.
If a player insists the money left their account but nothing shows on yours, ask them to check the recipient details they used. A typo in a handle is a common reason a payment goes to the wrong place, and that is something only their payment provider can trace.
Handling a suspected fake calmly
If the check shows the payment never happened, stay polite and factual. Say that you cannot find the transfer in your account and that you will load the credits once it shows up. Do not accuse, argue in a group chat or share the screenshot with other players. If the same person keeps trying, you can stop serving them; a short note in your records helps you remember why. Players who act in good faith will understand, and the ones who do not are not worth the risk.
Also think about your own panel. Anyone who can load credits from your agent login can also be fooled by a picture, so keep staff logins limited and make sure helpers follow the same check you do. If an account ever behaves strangely, the frozen account page explains what to do next.
Keep your own balance topped up
The check only works if you have credits ready to load once a payment is confirmed. Look at your Ultra Thunder balance before your busy hours and reorder early, so you are never tempted to rush a check because players are waiting. Our distributor promo is 10% with a 5,000-point minimum, and you can order from the buy credits page. New to the panel?
