Ultra Thunder Agent Login

Agents moving over from Ultra Panda often ask where the Ultra Thunder agent login is. The short answer: it is issued to you by the seat above, and old credentials do not carry across on their own.

Agent, backend, admin: what the words mean

These are three ways of describing access to the same operator panel. "Agent login" usually means a seat that serves players. "Backend login" is the panel itself. "Admin login" is how many sellers describe the highest seat they hold, such as a distributor seat that can create agents.

Coming from Ultra Panda

The rename means your old Ultra Panda username is not automatically an Ultra Thunder one. You need a fresh seat. We create it at zero balance and pass you the details in a private chat, and you pick a new password on first sign-in.

If you cannot get in

• Use the panel link we sent most recently; older bookmarks may point to the wrong place.
• Retype the password instead of pasting it.
• Clear the browser cache or open a private window.
• Still stuck? Work through login help, then message us with your username.

Logins for helpers

If someone covers your evenings, give them their own seat. Shared passwords make the history impossible to read. The staff logins page explains how.

Need a login? Ask our Ultra Thunder distributor team through the contact page.
