Ultra Thunder Backend Security

An Ultra Thunder seat holds real value. Simple habits stop most attempts to take it.

Bookmark the panel

Use only the panel link we send you. Fake look-alike pages circulate in groups, especially after a rename like Ultra Panda to Ultra Thunder.

Unique password

Give the seat a passphrase you never reuse, and replace it if a phone is lost, repaired or lent out.

Lock your devices

A PIN or fingerprint on every phone or laptop that opens the panel.

Staff logins for helpers

Never share your own login. Ask for a staff login; see staff logins.

Scam messages

Messages saying your seat will close unless you send your password, or offering free points, are scams. We never ask for your password.

Weekly log review

Compare the panel log with your records. Anything unexplained means change your password and contact us.

Shared computers

Sign out and clear the browser if you ever use a device that is not yours.

Rename confusion

Scammers sometimes pose as "Ultra Panda support". Treat any unexpected support message with suspicion.

After a phone change

When you switch to a new phone, sign out of the panel on the old one, change your password and remove saved logins before selling or giving the old device away.

Two people, two logins

Even close family members should not share one login. Separate access keeps the history clear.

Seats come from our Ultra Thunder distributor team; read the transaction log guide too.
