Ultra Thunder Password Reset

Forgotten passwords happen weekly. Here is who resets what, and how to do it without opening a security hole.

Player passwords

Players do not reset passwords themselves. Their agent does it in the panel: they look up the account, give it a one-time password and pass that on one-to-one.

Check who is asking

Expect genuine requests from the same chat thread the player always uses. If it comes from somewhere new, ask a question only the real player could answer.

Agent seat passwords

If you forget your own agent password, message us from your usual contact with your username. We help you regain access after confirming it is you.

Staff logins

If a helper forgets their password, reset it from your seat or ask us, depending on how it was set up.

After any reset

Ask the person to change the temporary password straight away.

Still cannot sign in?

Check the exact username spelling and whether they are using the right app or web version. The login help page covers more.

Never share passwords in groups

Login details go only in one-to-one chats.

Record resets

Note the date of each reset in your log.

Frequent forgetters

Suggest players save their login in their phone password manager. It reduces resets and keeps them from choosing weak passwords that are easy to remember but also easy to guess.
