Ultra Thunder Agent WhatsApp Setup

Most Ultra Thunder agents talk to players on WhatsApp. A tidy setup saves time every night. Here is a simple one.

Use a separate number

Keep your seat on its own number and WhatsApp Business account. It separates work from family chats and lets you set hours.

Profile basics

Add a short description, your working hours and an away message. Do not list an address or claim to be an official office.

Quick replies

Save replies for the questions you get daily: the game link, how to change a password, how to request a load, your redeem steps. Type a slash and pick one.

Labels

Tag chats as “new”, “load pending”, “redeem pending” and “done”. Before logging off, one glance shows which chats still need you.

Privacy

Never post player logins in group chats. Send each login one-to-one and ask the player to change the password at once.

Back up the chats

Turn on chat backup. If a question arises weeks later, you will have the conversation.

Payments in chat

A screenshot of a transfer is not a transfer. Check your own account before loading.

Status updates

WhatsApp status is a quiet way to post your hours for the week, a holiday break or a reminder about the bonus. Keep it short and never include player names or balances. Players who mute status will still see your away message when they write outside your hours.

You can reach our desk the same way on +1 (724) 466-2790. See also the daily checklist and the Ultra Thunder distributor page.
