Hiring a Helper for Ultra Thunder

Once your player list grows past what one person can answer, a helper can cover shifts. Here is how to do it without losing control.

Signs you need help

Messages wait more than ten minutes, you miss late requests, or you have not had a night off in weeks. Those are the usual signals.

Use staff logins

Never hand over your main password. The panel lets you create separate staff logins; see staff logins. Each helper gets their own, and you can switch it off at any time.

Start with limits

Give a new helper only loads at first, not redeems. Add more rights after a few weeks of clean records.

Split by shift

A clear split, for example you until 11 PM and the helper after, avoids two people loading the same request.

Paying a helper

Agree a fixed rate per shift or a share of the margin in writing. Settle it on the same day each week.

One shared log

Both of you record every load and redeem in the same sheet, with initials. At handover, check the open requests together.

Trust, but check

Compare the panel history with the sheet weekly. Gaps are easier to sort out early.

Training

Have the helper sit with you for two evenings before working alone. Show them your quick replies and your rule that points go out only after payment is confirmed in your own account.

See the backend security page and message the Ultra Thunder distributor desk with panel questions.
