Ultra Thunder VIP Players

Every seat has a few players who load far more than the rest. Treating them well, and wisely, matters. Here is how.

Who counts as VIP

Look at your log for the past month. The few players behind most of your loads are your regulars at the top. Note who they are.

Priority, not favours

Answer their messages first and keep your stock high enough that a large load never has to wait. Do not bend your payment rule; points still go out only after money arrives.

Redeem planning

Big loaders can have big redeems. Keep cash aside and agree clear limits so a large win does not catch you short.

Honest offers only

If you run a small bonus for regulars, state the terms in writing. Never promise wins or suggest that loading more improves results.

Watch for harm

A player loading more and more often, or chasing losses, may be in trouble. Suggest a break and do not push them to load. A healthy regular is worth far more than one bad month.

Keep it private

Never share one player’s balance or wins with another, even as a friendly example.

Stock for them

A larger order covers big regulars without stress, and 5,000-point orders get our bonus.
