Ultra Thunder Cash Out Delays

A slow cash out worries players more than anything else. Here are the usual causes and the steps a good agent takes.

Common causes

• The agent is offline or busy with other requests.
• The request exceeds the redeem limit you posted.
• The player has not redeemed the points in the game, so the balance is still there.
• Payment details from the player are incomplete.

Step one: confirm the request

Open the player’s history in your panel. Check whether the points were redeemed back to you and how many.

Step two: tell the player

Send a short message the moment you see it: “Got your request, checking now.” Silence is what turns a delay into a complaint.

Step three: pay or explain

If all is in order, pay using the method you agreed. If something blocks it, say exactly what is missing.

Keep posted limits

Publish daily redeem limits and hours in advance. Players accept limits they knew about; surprises cause trouble. Our redeem limits page helps you set them.

Funds on hand

Keep money set aside for redeems so you are never waiting on new loads to pay old cash outs.
