Ultra Thunder Agent Broadcast Messages

A broadcast reaches every player at once. Used sparingly, it keeps people informed; overused, it gets you muted.

What deserves a broadcast

• A change in your hours.
• A new browser link.
• Downtime and its end.
• A promotion you are actually running.

Everything else can wait for individual chats.

How often

Once or twice a week at most. Daily broadcasts train players to ignore you, and then they miss the important one.

Keep it short

Two or three lines. Start with what changed, then when, then what players should do. No walls of emojis.

Templates

Hours: "From Monday, replies are 6 pm to midnight. Requests after midnight are handled from 10 am."
Link: "New play link from today: [link]. Your username and balance stay the same."
Downtime: "The game is down right now. Please do not send payments until I confirm it is back."

Respect opt-outs

If someone asks to be removed, remove them straight away and keep serving them privately if they still want to play.

Privacy

Use broadcast lists, not group chats, when you do not want players to see each other's numbers.

Time it well

Send broadcasts in the late afternoon, before your evening rush, so players read them before they start asking questions. Messages sent at 2 am are read by almost nobody and annoy those they wake. If your players span time zones, pick a moment that is daytime for most of them, and avoid sending the same broadcast twice to make up for poor timing.
