Ultra Thunder Agent Telegram Setup

Telegram suits agents who want a public channel for announcements and private chats for business. Here is a clean setup.

A business username

Create a username players can find and remember. Keep your personal number hidden in privacy settings so only your username shows.

A channel for announcements

Make a channel where only you post: hours, link changes, downtime notices, promotions. Players can mute it without missing private replies.

Private chats for money

All loads, cash-outs and usernames go through one-to-one chats. Never discuss payments in the channel or a group.

Saved replies

Telegram lets you save messages and pin them. Keep your welcome text, rules and hours in your Saved Messages for quick copying.

Watch for impersonators

• Pin your exact username in the channel.
• Tell players you never message first asking for payment.
• Report copycat accounts.

Privacy settings

Hide your phone number, limit who can add you to groups and turn on two-step verification.

Bots

Simple bots can post scheduled announcements, but keep money matters human. A bot cannot check a payment arrived.

Back up your contacts

Export your important chats occasionally. If you ever lose access to the account, you will still have the usernames and history you need to keep serving your players.

Response habits

Telegram shows when you were last online. If players see you active but unanswered, they feel ignored. Reply to waiting chats before browsing anything else, and use a short status line that states your working hours clearly.
