Ultra Thunder Weekly Reconciliation

Small gaps between your log, your payments and the Ultra Thunder backend grow into big problems if nobody looks. Twenty minutes a week keeps them small.

Pick a fixed time

Monday morning works for many agents: the weekend is over and memories are fresh.

Three totals

1. Points loaded to players last week, from your log.
2. Points loaded last week, from the backend history.
3. Money received last week, from your payment app.

The first two should match exactly. The third should match your prices times your loads.

When numbers differ

• A missing log line: add it from the backend.
• A load with no payment: contact the player.
• A payment with no load: load it now and apologise.

Do the same for redeems

Compare cash-outs paid with points redeemed. Any difference is money you have lost or owe.

Seat balance

Check that last week's starting balance, plus orders from us, minus loads, plus redeems equals this week's starting balance.

Write a one-line summary

"Week 44: matched, one late log line fixed." Over time these lines show how tidy your operation is.

If a helper works with you

Reconcile their part separately, and talk through any gap with them the same day. Most mismatches are honest mistakes that are easy to fix when caught quickly.

Keep the evidence

Save each week's figures in a separate tab or page rather than overwriting them, so you can always go back if a question appears weeks later.
