Ultra Thunder Glossary of Panel Terms

New Ultra Thunder agents meet a lot of jargon in their first week. This glossary explains the words in plain language.

Seat

Your agent account in the backend. It holds the points you sell.

Balance

The number of points currently in your seat. It falls when you load players and rises when you redeem from them or receive an order.

Load (or recharge)

Moving points out of your seat into a player's username once their money has arrived.

Redeem (or cash-out)

Taking points back from a player's account into your seat, usually when you pay them out.

History

The record of loads, redeems and play for a player. Check it before every cash-out.

Username

The player's login name. One per person; never shared.

Sub-account or sub-agent

A seat below yours that you supply with points, for a helper or a smaller seller.

Holding percentage

An arrangement some sellers use to describe margin between levels. See our holding percentage guide.

Frozen account

A player account temporarily locked, often after password problems. See frozen account help.

Browser link

Ultra Thunder plays in a browser, so the "download" is often just a link players open.

Ultra Panda

The older name of the game. Some players still use it, and their old habits usually carry over. Our rename page explains the change in a way you can forward directly to anyone who is confused about it.
