Ultra Thunder Points Not Received

"I paid but I don’t see my points" is a message every agent gets. Most cases are solved in a few minutes with the right checks.

For player loads

1. Open the player's history in the backend. Did the load go through?
2. Check the username: was it sent to a similar name?
3. Ask the player to log out and back in, or refresh the browser.
4. If history shows nothing, confirm the payment arrived and load now.

For your own orders from us

Refresh the backend and check your seat history. If our confirmation arrived but the balance has not changed after a few minutes, message us with the time and amount.

Screenshots help

Ask the player for a screenshot of their balance. It quickly shows whether they are looking at the right account.

Do not send twice

The worst response is loading again without checking. If both loads land, you have to recover points from the player.

Keep calm wording

"Let me check the history now" calms people. Arguing about whether they paid does not.

Patterns

• Same player, repeated issues: check their device or browser.
• Many players at once: possible downtime.

Close the conversation

Once fixed, confirm with the player and note the cause in your log so you can spot repeats.

Keep a short note per case

Write down the cause each time: wrong username, browser not refreshed, payment still pending. Most problems repeat.
