Ultra Thunder Agent Away Cover

Agents need breaks: travel, family events, illness. The question is whether your players are left waiting or quietly looked after.

Option 1: pause

For a day or two, a clear notice is enough: "Away until Sunday evening, no loads until then, do not send payments." Post it in the group and set an away reply.

Option 2: a helper

For longer breaks, a trusted person can cover. We can set up a second login in the helper name, which keeps each of their loads traceable to them. Never hand over your own password.

Before you go

• Fill the seat with enough points for every day you are gone.
• Write the helper a short checklist.
• Tell regular players who is covering.
• Clear any open cash-outs.

While you are away

Agree a once-a-day check-in by message, not constant calls. Trust the checklist.

When you return

Read the panel log for the period, compare with the helper notes and settle anything odd straight away.

Why it matters

Players stay with agents who are dependable, including when they are not around.

An example notice

I am away Friday to Monday. Sam is covering with his own login from 7 PM to midnight. Payments go to the same details as usual. Cash-outs requested after Sunday night will be paid Monday.

Players know exactly what to expect and who to talk to.
