Ultra Thunder Player FAQ Sheet

One pinned page can answer most of the questions an Ultra Thunder room receives. The trick is keeping it short and current.

Questions specific to Ultra Thunder

• Is this the same as Ultra Panda? Yes, renamed.
• Do I need the app, or can I play in a browser? Either works.
• Which fish and slot rooms are there? Point to the lobby.

Reload and cash-out questions

• How do I reload, and what should I send?
• How long until points appear?
• What is the cash-out request format?
• How quickly are cash-outs paid?

Room questions

• What are your hours and last reload time?
• Can two people share an account? No.
• I forgot my password; what now?

Keep answers to a line

One or two lines per answer. If more is needed, handle it privately.

Translate if needed

A second-language version for your largest group of players is well worth an hour.

Review monthly

Track questions that still arrive. Each one tells you what is missing or unclear in the sheet.

Keep private things out

No seat logins, personal phone numbers or promises about winning.

Point to it, kindly

When a covered question arrives, reply with a friendly line and the relevant FAQ point rather than a full explanation. Players gradually learn to check the pinned sheet first. Keep the tone warm; nobody likes being told to read the rules. Once a quarter, ask two or three regular players whether anything in the sheet confused them, and rewrite those lines in plainer words.
