Ultra Thunder Agent Business Plan

A short plan before launching your Ultra Thunder room makes the first months calmer. One page is plenty.

Players

Who are your first ten? Former Ultra Panda players you know are a natural start, since the games will feel familiar.

Hours

Write the window you can hold for months, including days off and your time zone.

Starting stock

Decide your first order size. A week's realistic play is enough.

Redeem cash

Set aside a separate sum for paying winners. This number matters more than stock.

Rules and price

Draft house rules and your resale price before anyone joins.

Costs

Payment fees, data, a spare phone, small ads. List them; they add up.

Monthly numbers

• Active players.
• Points loaded and redeemed.
• Cash in and cash out.
• Errors and refunds.

Stop rules

Decide in advance what result would make you pause or change course.

Why write it at all

Most new agents keep everything in their heads, then forget which promises they made and how much money is tied up where. A single page fixes that. It also gives you something to compare against after the first month: did you keep the hours, did the redeem cash last, did players arrive from where you expected? Adjust the plan with what you learn and keep the old version so you can see your progress.

Review after thirty days

At the end of the first month, sit down with your sheet and the plan side by side. Change one thing at a time, such as hours or price, so you can see what each change does.

Next: first week as an agent, resale pricing and players per agent.
