Ultra Thunder Load Cut-Off Times

Ultra Thunder fish rooms never close, but you need to. Setting a last reload time is about protecting accuracy and your health, not about refusing players.

Read your own pattern

Scroll through last month's log and mark the time of the final reload each night. You will see a natural tail-off point. Your cut-off belongs just after it.

Give redeems a buffer

Allow cash-out requests for 30 minutes after the last reload. A player who reloaded at 11:58 deserves the chance to cash out before you leave.

Say it the same way everywhere

"Last reload midnight. Cash-outs until 12:30. Back at 2 PM." Pin it, add it to your welcome text and set it as your status.

Hold the line

If you load one player at 12:20, others will ask tomorrow. A polite, identical refusal each time keeps the rule fair.

Morning-after order

Messages received after closing are the first you handle next day, oldest first. Players accept waiting when they know they are first in line.

Holiday nights

You may extend on special nights. Announce the extension in advance and return to normal afterwards.

Helpers and cut-offs

If someone covers late shifts, the cut-off can move later, but it should still exist and be posted.

Payments after closing

A transfer that lands after the cut-off is safe; it is simply loaded when you reopen. Put that sentence in your rules so nobody panics or sends the money twice.
