Ultra Thunder Auto-Reply Hours

An Ultra Thunder player who pays at 3 AM and hears nothing may assume the worst. A short away message prevents that worry while you sleep.

Match your posted hours

Set the away message in WhatsApp Business or a Telegram bot to switch on at your last cash-out time and off when you reopen.

Three parts

Acknowledge, give the reopening time, reassure. "Got your message. We reopen at 2 PM. Paid reloads are done first, in order." Nothing more.

Greeting for new contacts

A separate first-contact greeting can introduce your room, mention that Ultra Thunder was formerly Ultra Panda and point to the pinned rules.

What not to include

Payment account details, promises of instant loading, anything about winning.

Days off

Before a day off, update the away text with the real return date. Out-of-date messages damage trust.

Test it

Send a message from another phone during closed hours and read the result as a player would.

Sound like yourself

Use the same tone as your normal replies so the room feels personal, even when automated.

Language

If most of your players write in another language, set the away message in that language too, or in both. A clear sentence in a player's own language reassures far more than a long one they half understand. Keep the wording short enough to read on a lock screen preview, and review it whenever your opening hours change.

Update the text again whenever you add a helper who covers extra hours.

Next: WhatsApp setup, Telegram setup and load cut-off times.
