Ultra Thunder Refund Requests

Refund questions come up for every Ultra Thunder agent. A rule decided in advance turns a tense chat into a two-message exchange.

Sort the request first

Every refund request falls into one of three boxes. A duplicate payment, where the player paid twice by mistake. An unplayed load, where points are still sitting on the username. Or a played load, where the points have been used on fish or slot rooms. The first two have easy answers; the third is where you need a firm rule.

How to check

Open the username at fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi. The balance and recent log tell you which box you are in. Do not rely on the player memory or your own.

A rule to pin

Duplicate payments are returned. Unplayed loads can be reversed within 24 hours. Points that have been played are final.

Refusing well

Give the reason in one sentence with facts from the log: "The 600 points loaded at 9 PM were played by 10:30, so I cannot reverse them." Avoid debating luck or fairness of the game.

Reversing correctly

1. Remove the unplayed points from the username.
2. Return the money by the same method.
3. Confirm both steps in the chat.
4. Log the refund with the reason.

Repeat requests

If one player asks for refunds often, lower their limits or stop serving them. A pattern is rarely accidental.
