Ultra Thunder Low Balance Alerts

There is no alarm in the panel when your Ultra Thunder seat runs low. Agents who build their own warning rarely run out on a busy night.

Your reorder number

Find the biggest single evening in your last four weeks of logs. Round it up. That is your reorder number: below it, you order.

Scheduled checks

Look at the balance on fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi when you open and again mid-shift. Put both in your daily checklist.

A visible reminder

Write the reorder number at the top of your sheet or in your phone's lock-screen note. If it is in front of you, you will act on it.

Raise it before big dates

Paydays, holidays and new-game weekends can double demand. Lift the reorder number for those days.

Order before you need to

Payment and loading take some time. Ordering at the reorder number, not at zero, means stock arrives before players notice anything.

Cash for redeems

A healthy points balance does not help if you cannot pay winners. Track your redeem cash separately with its own minimum.

Revisit monthly

As the room grows, recalculate the number from fresh data.

A worked example

Suppose your busiest evening last month used 3,200 points. Round up to 3,500. Each time the balance drops below 3,500, you message us for a restock. Before a holiday weekend, lift it to 5,000, which also happens to be the size where the restock bonus starts.

Write the date beside the number whenever you change it.

Next: reload before weekends, holiday weekend planning and daily checklist.
