Ultra Thunder Agent 90-Day Plan

A plan turns the first three months from guesswork into steps. This one suits most new Ultra Thunder sellers.

Days 1 to 14

Learn the panel on a practice seat at fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi. Write house rules, saved replies and a simple ledger.

Days 15 to 30

Invite a handful of trusted players. Look after them closely and ask what felt clumsy.

Days 31 to 60

Fix your restock day, hours and weekly reconciliation. Work on reply time before adding players.

Days 61 to 75

Encourage referrals from happy regulars with a simple thank-you.

Days 76 to 90

If peak nights feel stretched, train a helper with a limited login. Review your numbers.

Checkpoints

• Day 30: ledger matches the panel.
• Day 60: replies under three minutes on busy nights.
• Day 90: steady margin.

Things to skip

Big advertising, cheap point offers from strangers and promises about wins.

Day 91

Set goals for the next quarter based on what you learned.

Keeping notes

Jot a nightly line or two in a seller diary. By week thirteen that diary is the clearest map of how far the room has come.

Staying flexible

If something takes longer than planned, that is normal. Move the dates rather than skipping steps; a solid routine matters more than speed. Agents who rush past the routine stage usually spend month four fixing problems they could have avoided.

Small wins

Mark the day your tenth regular joins the room.

See first week as an agent, hiring a helper and agent referral program.
