Ultra Thunder: Win Back Inactive Players

Players drift away for all kinds of reasons. Some will happily come back if you reach out in the right way.

Who counts as inactive

A regular who has not loaded for two or three weeks. Your log on fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi shows each player's last load.

Why they left

Common reasons: a slow reply once, a new job, money is tight, or they simply got bored. You will not always know, and that is fine.

A friendly message

"Hey, the fish rooms have missed you! No rush at all; your Ultra Thunder login still works whenever you fancy a session." No pressure, no offer required.

Mention something new

If new games have arrived in the lobby, a short mention gives a reason to look.

Timing

Send messages early in the evening, not late at night.

Do not chase

One message is enough. Repeated messages feel like pressure and may push players away for good.

Learn from answers

If a player tells you why they left, note it. Several similar answers point to something you can fix.

Respect a no

Some players want a break. Thank them and leave the door open.

Tracking results

Note who you messaged and who came back. After a couple of months you will see which approach works for your room and how long a gap is too long. Some sellers find a two-week check-in works best; others wait a month. Your own notes will tell you.

Fix the cause

If several players say replies were slow, the answer is better coverage, not more messages.
