Ultra Thunder Agent Monthly Goals

Goals like "get bigger" are hard to act on. Four clear numbers each month give an Ultra Thunder seller something concrete to aim at.

Number one: active players

Count players who loaded at least once this month. Aim for a modest rise, perhaps five more than last month, rather than a dramatic jump that strains your service.

Number two: reply time

Estimate your typical wait from message to load on busy nights. Getting it under three minutes matters more to players than almost anything else you can improve.

Number three: clean weeks

A clean week is one where your ledger matches the fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi history to the point. Target four clean weeks out of four.

Number four: margin

Money collected minus payouts minus restock cost. Track it monthly so a slow decline is noticed early.

Write them down

Put the four targets in your notes on the first of the month and the results on the last day. Seeing them side by side keeps you honest.

When you miss

Missing a goal is information, not failure. Ask why: low stock on Fridays, a busy job, a lost regular. Fix one cause next month.

Avoid vanity numbers

Total sign-ups look impressive but mean little if half never load. Focus on active players.

Quarterly look

Every three months, compare the trend and decide whether to add a helper or raise prices.

A sample sheet

Four rows, two columns: target and actual. Fill the left on day one, the right on the last day.
