Ultra Thunder Festival Season Planning

Festivals shuffle everyone's routine. With a little planning, an Ultra Thunder seller can turn a chaotic week into an ordinary one.

Map your festivals

Note the celebrations your players observe and their dates this year.

Order early

Restock two or three days before. Payments and replies slow down for everyone during holidays.

Travel

Some players go home and disappear for a week; others have time off and play more.

Cash-out spikes

Players often cash out before a festival to spend on family. Keep your payout reserve topped up.

Your own plans

If you travel, post reduced hours a week ahead and arrange cover.

Greetings only

A warm greeting is welcome; pressure to load is not.

Afterwards

Check in with regulars who have not returned a week later.

Review

Write down what happened so next year is easier.

A simple festival calendar

Keep a list of dates with short notes from last time: busy, quiet, heavy cash-outs. Look at it at the start of each month so nothing catches you off guard. Add new festivals as players from different backgrounds join your room.

Stock sizing

For festivals where players stay home, order more than your usual weekend. For ones where many travel, order a normal amount and keep a little extra for the return week.

Shared rooms

When different groups celebrate different festivals, demand spreads across the year. Enjoy the steadier pattern and plan each one on its own.

Hours notice

Pin any festival hours at least a week ahead so players can plan around them.
