Changing Your Ultra Thunder Distributor

The Ultra Panda to Ultra Thunder rename pushed many agents to rethink their supplier. If yours went quiet or slow during the change, moving is reasonable, as long as your players are protected.

Signs it is time

Restocks that take hours on a Friday, messages left unread for a day, or a supplier who never explained the rename properly. One slow week happens to everyone; a pattern over a month is a reason to look elsewhere.

Test before you commit

Ask any new supplier for an empty practice seat on fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi and a small first order. Time how long the restock takes and how clearly they answer a simple question.

Balances stay where they are

Points sitting on player accounts under your current seat do not travel with you automatically. Give players a few days' notice to play down or cash out before you open new usernames elsewhere.

A three-day overlap

Keep the old seat open only for cash-outs while all new loads go through the new seat. When every old balance is zero, close the old one.

Tell players simply

"From Wednesday your username will change. Cash out or finish your balance by Tuesday night; I will send new login details then." Short and clear prevents a flood of questions.

Save your history

Screenshot or export the last weeks of logs from the old panel. A player may ask about an old cash-out months later.

Part on good terms

Pay anything owed and thank the old supplier. You may cross paths again.
