Ultra Thunder for Multiple Stores

Owners with more than one shop face a choice: one Ultra Thunder seat for everything, or a seat per location. Each approach has trade-offs.

One seat for all

Simpler stock management: one balance, one restock. The downside is that records mix together, making it harder to see which shop performs.

A seat per store

Each location has its own balance and history. Easier to compare, but you must restock and watch several seats.

Staff logins

Either way, every cashier gets a personal restricted login, so each load in the Ultra Thunder log carries a name.

Shared stock planning

A single shared seat needs a cushion big enough for every shop's Saturday rush at once.

Username prefixes

With one seat, prefix usernames by store (for example "A-" and "B-") to separate customers in the log.

Weekly reconciliation

Check each shop's cash against its loads separately, then combine.

Consistent rules

Customers visit more than one location. Keep minimums and cash-out rules identical across shops.

Growing to a third store

When adding a location, start it on a separate seat for a month so you can measure it clearly.

Restocking several seats

If each shop has its own seat, set a reminder to check every balance at the same time each day. Order for all seats together on one weekday so you are not juggling separate restocks. Keep a short table listing each seat, its safety balance and last order date.

Who checks the numbers

Decide whether you or a trusted manager reconciles each shop weekly, and stick to it.
